This is truly one of the most remarkable experiences I've ever had!
As a lifelong sufferer with migraine headaches, this healing session gave me tremendous insight on how to help myself when a migraine twinge begins.
On the day of my session, I had a terrible migraine with a very upset stomach. After the healing session I was able to sleep! Which may not sound like a big deal but it’s the only way my migraines end up going away, usually after many trips to the bathroom in nauseous misery.
Jackie also provided me with notes and visuals that in reflection, gave me insight on what I needed to do, in order to pay attention to my body and the methods I can use to help minimize a migraine.
